So today, my body kicked my own azz and told me to sit the hell down and R-E-S-T. I’m sore in all the right places. So, let me tell you what I ate. So (I like saying SO), so, I have this obsession with THAI FOOD. In fact, I learned how to make red curry! Well you can buy the red curry paste in the grocery store, and you add the coconut milk, season it to taste with some brown sugar, you add your veggies, your meat if you want, and of course BASIL. Fresh basil. But the secret ingredient is the fish sauce. And today……. I MADE IT WITH FISH SAUCE!! My gosh it tasted like it was straight out of my favorite restaurant. I ate the WHOLE THING! The enitre batch of coconut red curry by myself. That’s one whole can of coconut milk, and veggies, and shrimp and jasmine rice. All by myself, lol. 

I don’t feel bad about it either. I mean it’s all I’ve been eating all day because I was at home. I did have for breakfast some eggs and 2 small red potatoes grilled in the oven with a sliced sweet onion. But then just red curry. I’ve told myself my body needed the calories, which it probably does in any case to keep this body at the size I’m at right now.

Tomorrow I’m off to work back and shoulders. Only one workout, so no double duty tomorrow. I only do that every once in a while, and about 2x/week the most – for a cycle of about 4 weeks if need be – to accelerate whatever adaption I’m trying to create. I feel like it really boosts my body and helps me to push things, but you know, you’ve got to be smart about designing your program when you do doubles because you don’t want to overtrain.

Anyways, so feeling good. Ate myself to death. Funny enough, I’M HUNGRY AGAIN LOL. I think I’m going to have 4oz of chicken breast with some steamed broccoli and call it a day.
