Same ole story, same thing to say. My prep is going very well and I am in awe of how my body is evolving daily. I never looked like this. And I never would have thought that in my 30s, I’d be even more athletic and passionate about my life than I was in my 20s.

I was at Gold’s yesterday doing my chest and back workout on a bench right next to Lou Ferrigno. Then on the cardio machine Tim Meadows starts working out his chest on the ISO hammer strength. And I looked on the walls around me and saw movie posters, autographed jerseys, and smiling photos of bodybuilders past and present. About Last week or maybe a week and a half ago, I had a chance to catch up with Kai Green when he was in town. It just feels like home.

Running. What can I say. My genes are waking up and wondering what took soo long for me to get my butt on the track and in the outdoor hills. As I ran on the sunny grassy hillside I realized how this New York girl appreciates California. I can finally say it’s home. Everything I need to get me to the next level, to continue to create my reality is here. Even though as I write this I realize I also miss my family.

Anyway. Time is winding down, and I feel the need to turn inwards. So I’m going to be taking a break from posting for a long while. I have some huge goals in mind for this year, and it’s time to focus.
