Ready for it…

11 Days OUT!

Still doing the daily grind. Eating my awesome post workout carbs. I think today though I might opt for fat free ice-cream as a little treat.

I took the pic above after breakfast, and when I stepped on the scale this morning (before I ate) it generated 133.8lbs!! My waist is 25.5, Hips 34.5, Butt 35, Bust 36.5 (yay for implants! my bust hasn’t gotten smaller at all. lol, well maybe by a half inch). Love my boobs! 

Workouts are tough, but I’m getting through them pretty well. My volume and intensity has dropped just a bit, but not to the point where I feel like I’m being a sap. Just in consideration to where I currently am physically and nutritionally.

But I’m feeling goooood. I have my refeed tomorrow! Here are the carbs on the menu:

4 slices of french toast with pancake syrup
1.5-2 Cups of Spaghetti and a Cup of Tomato Basil Garlic Sauce
400g of Trader Joe’s Mashed Potato Madallions (with a bit of fresh garlic, scallions, sea salt, and 2 oz of almond milk)

It will also be a leg day for my workout! Energy and full muscles here I come!
