Ok so I feel SO MUCH BETTER. Focus is on. Now it’s official. EXACTLY 13 weeks to the day.

Redid my plan. Put it into the format I send my clients, so that makes it more “coachy” for me lol. Today’s workout is a total body POWER workout. Got some hang cleans, snatches, kettlebell work, and plyos mixed into a nice Tabata style circuit!
