So this hard work is paying off. Last week I was 140.8. So I dropped about 2 lbs, some of which I’m sure is water in that initial drop. I have the energy for my workouts, so I will keep the cals the same as I said above for this week. My program the same as well. I can already see that I’m getting tighter so I’m one happy pea!
Today is TRACK day! I decided to sit out my evening workout last night because I was sore still and kicked my own ass earlier in the day. My body said to rest, so I listened to it, and glad that I did. I know my track day will be great. Now if they are closed, I will have to fight someone… Or just head to the gym lol.
