I’m back to feeling 100% again. 

Things started coming to fruition which really helps me to focus. Hotel and entry paid for the Sacramento show. Airfare paid for Nats, taking care of the fee this week. Gotta get my rental car so I’m looking to see how much it’s going to cost and the best prices (looking for something fairly cheap – I’m not looking to roll with the big dawgs by no means when I rent cars lol). So now that the business is taken care of, I feel even more committed.

Training wise I had SUCH an amazing workout today. Legs followed by cardio. Here’s what went down:

5 min warm-up on the Arc Trainer

Leg Extension

(For the most part I’m keeping my weights moderate/heavy because the tempo and short rest kill like a mofo – I can bang out heavy sets of like 100+ lbs and junk).

Oly Bar Squat

Took that today a few hours post workout. I told y’all I be SWOOOOOLLLE man!!! Just swole and junk.
