Ok so, the proof is always in the pudding, and pictures never lie. I submitted these to Kim yesterday to get his take on where I am. He’s happy with my size and lean mass, but wants me to watch the body fat, and take cardio up a bit. I had already been on track with that goal so I’m glad we were on the same page. So this is where I’m starting at the beginning of this 4 week dieting/fat loss phase. My weight as of this morning was at 179.2.
