5:30am, meal 1 down. 1 jumbo boiled egg, 1 cup of oats w/ 1 tsp of organic brown sugar and a dash of cinnamon. In all honesty I’d rather have organic sugar than fake sweetener any day of the week.

My pre workout protein shake is ready to go. 1c of milk w/ my whey powder about 30 mins before. I have a huge workout today. TRACK DAY! Described as above. Man am I excited. This is going to be excellent, I can feel it. I may throw some suspension training and medicine ball work in there as well. This workout is all about me, ground force reaction, bodyweight, velocity, speed, and pure gravity in harmony.
