Woke up this morning and measured my waist and hips. 25.5 and 34 inches respectively. Since Sept 11th, dropped half inch in the waist, and about an inch in the hips.
I told ya, girl is not playing. For whatever reasons, I woke up at 4am and couldn’t go back to sleep. So what did I do… Put on my posing suit and got the video camera out and started to practice posing of course, lol.
My legs are coming in so much better. I didn’t do a very good job at displaying them at TOC. The increased cardio and weight training has helped to really make them pop. I’ve got to be careful though that they don’t overpower the rest of my shape and form. However, the training protocol I’m following shouldn’t allow for that to happen.

The first place winner really brought a great package. Her legs looked awesome. It was a good class.
