Catholic Media Kit

To be honest, my journey into the Catholic social media and content creator space was one I hadn’t planned.
With my initial intention being about creating a space where I could dive deeper into the meaning of Spiritual Fitness (one of the Four Pillars of Fitness I developed for my online coaching fitness company), I released my first video as a way to introduce my faith beliefs to my audience.

What was meant to be a simple introduction quickly became one of the fastest growing Catholic focused channels on YouTube.

Featured Videos

These videos represent my strongest work and most resonant content. They highlight my ability to communicate Catholic truth clearly, address cultural confusion directly, and speak honestly from lived experience.

Catholic Apologetics and Public Dialogue

I regularly engage in live, unscripted apologetic conversations defending Catholic doctrine in public forums. My strength lies in combining theological clarity, historical grounding, and composure under pressure. These discussions require the ability to explain Church teaching accurately while remaining charitable and firm.

Theology of Fitness

Theology of Fitness is my framework for integrating Catholic spiritual formation with the physical life of the body. It is rooted in a simple conviction: the body is not a side quest. Your body is part of the story of salvation.

In 1 Corinthians 6:19–20, St Paul reminds us that our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit and that we are called to glorify God in our bodies. That means discipline matters. Habits matter. What we do with the body matters. Not because the body is an idol, but because the body belongs to God.

This is where my background in fitness and my devotion to the Catholic faith meet. I teach people how to build a stable rule of life around training, nutrition, and daily spiritual practices, without turning health into vanity or a trendy “wellness” religion.

The Four Pillars of Fitness are the structure I use to make this practical and repeatable. These pillars keep people from burning out, drifting, or turning discipline into obsession. They help Catholics pursue health with peace, virtue, and spiritual maturity.

This talk is an example of what I present for young adult groups, parish ministries, Catholic conferences, women’s groups, and professional communities that want a grounded, orthodox, and deeply practical approach to embodied Catholic living.
