I woke up this morning feeling exceptionally energized and strong. Yesterday’s run was amazing, felt strong. No hunger at all yesterday. I love my “off day” meals. Now time to strategically master the arrangement of my training day meals, where I usually feel less energy. I’m going to move my first meal up, so I can have it about an hour or so later. It would be closer to my second meal, pre workout by about an hour. Then the rest the same. So I’m hoping that will improve things a bit.

Tomorrow is officially 6 weeks out to the day. Cardio is starting now as well. Only 3x/week, for 20-30 mins HIIT. Let’s see how my body responds.
