Ok so I felt like death came and sat on my face and tried to suck my breath out of my body like an evil cat at night…. LOL So I bumped my refeed up to today and I feel like brand new. 

That workout in that video above kicked my ass. It really shocked me but that followed by Monday’s workout, then Tuesday (only worked out in the morning)… D.O.N.E. So I’m totally doing it again next Sunday because I love pain and torture.

But right now I looks totally preggers… Who wants to see?

It’s time for my next meal anyway… Do you think my stomach will pop if I try to fit something else in there?
