I’m trying a bold new move this morning and I’m not too sure how long it will last. I’m foregoing my morning coffee. I get great anxiety just typing that in! I love half and half and sugar in my coffee. I do NOT do artificial sweeteners by any means anymore (unless its in something like my protein shake mix which I can’t avoid), and I only really have 3 sugar packets so it’s not that bad. But I want to avoid the extra cals. So here we go, no coffee. Instead for a clean pre workout boost I like to have a BSN Endorush. 

I also mapped out and packed all of my meals today because I want to get even tighter with my diet. I am super focused with my eyes on May. Today is a double workout day. I’m ready to rock it out.
