Ok it’s 3:11pm as I’m typing this… I.AM.STUFFED!
Refeed day is on and poppin. Cereal, SUSHI!, pasta, rice crispy treats and tonight…. FAT FREE ICE CREAM POST WORKOUT!!!
I swear dieting to me is so much more fun than eating a non cutting plan where I tend to be more moderate in set up, w/ treats mixed in here and there. I’ll follow up with my mega workout later and more info on how the refeed goes down for me.
Oh and I woke up lighter… 3 lbs down today! Yeah baby!
