It’s that time of year again folks. Prep time!

NYC was amazing. Went home, chilled with fam, ATE LIKE A FREAKIN PIG! Chinese food (twice), Thai food, pizza, hot chocolate (VENTI) galore, Trinidadian Roti, home holiday cooking. Then before I left, the fam and I went to Red Lobster and I had a bazillion cheddar bay biscuits (), and the ULTIMATE FEAST platter!! I killed all of my cravings. ALL OF THEM. And I apparently walked away unscathed…

As of this morning I am 143.6 lbs.

I hit the gym twice. Just did weights, no cardio. Checked out Equinox in Brooklyn, and then the one in TriBeCa. None of them compare to the amazingness that is the new West Los Angeles location. I mean I even had to buy a freakin lock! I haven’t purchased a gym lock in ages. The gym here has digital locks on the lockers. So yeah, I was a bit annoyed. Oh well, I guess I’ll use the lock when I go to Gold’s. lol

Ok so here we go, enough of the boringness of what my life is outside of the gym. Let’s get to the nitty gritty. Here’s where the starting numbers are:

143.6 lbs
B – 37.75
W – 27.5
N – 28.5
H – 37
Bt – 38

Hey whattayaknow! I have an hourglass figure.  10in difference btw my bust/waist/hips.

I’m working on my diet today, so I’ll be officially starting it up tomorrow full swing. I will also post my workouts as well. I’m about 14w 6d out from my first show. I like to diet slowly and give myself time to drop in. Plus this will give me plenty of time to be ready about 2-3 weeks out from the show, so then it’s a matter of sailing in. Very excited. And ready to rock this year! I’ve got a lot of work ahead, but I’m determined to just do my best and stay focused. Each year I feel like I grow more and more as a competitor. And for the first time in a long while, I feel like I’m on the right path. It’s certainly a good place to be in
