I didn’t think I’d update so soon but I shot some video to practice posing only to see I’ve made some nice progress!
So here ya go.
It’s refeed day today. Killed waffles, pasta, Peanut Butter Cheerios, Pop Tarts, Heat and Serve Dinner Rolls. And I’m about to get an in-and-out burger and calling it a day. I kept water kinda low today out of laziness. I’m thirsty, but I’d rather first fit all the food I can in my mouth!
As of right now I’m at 354g carbs. I have about a good 46 more to go for the day! Fat is at 18g. Nice
