Today I’m finally back on track. I had to adjust my eating and do a refeed of sorts for a few days. Luckily, I didn’t gain anything, just a little water that shed off today a bit, and as this week goes by probably a little more. Last week I was still dropping weight, so not what I needed. Yesterday I took a full day off because my body was in NEED of just doing nothing. I feel like the world around me is in a tailspin. Packing for the trip, working out, posing, dealing with my clients (one-on-one clients, boot camp clients, and online clients… OH MY), dealing with my phone blowing up on me and dying. It all was taking its toll. Sometimes you just have to throw in the towel even if just for a minute, and just relax and do nothing at all.

I’m in the midst of updating my video blog too. I’ve neglected that with the short amount of time that I had left to get it together for the Eastern USAs. 

I’ve got to say, I’m proud of the work I’ve done so far. I’m coming in with a MUCH stronger package, more streamlined legs, better fit with my suit, and stronger more personalized posing than my first show. In fact I think that I’ve grown leaps and bounds since just a few weeks ago. I’m excited to be seen by my friends and family back home. I have a nice circle of folks coming to see me and cheer me on! This one’s for them!

Meanwhile when I’m in the city I will chronicle my journey and the show itself too. This is going to be a pretty big one, so that’s going to be lots of fun. God knows I love being on stage in whatever capacity.
